What this data can tell you

See the season

A full year of price history shows exactly when a hotel gets expensive — summer, holidays, local events — and when it quietly doesn't.

Find the best time of year

Line up the same stretch of the calendar across past years and spot which months have actually run cheaper for this hotel.

Know how far ahead to book

Our "tends to be cheaper" comparison on each hotel's page tells you whether booking early or waiting has genuinely paid off — not a guess, a pattern from real checked prices.

How it works

Each day, we record the price of every tracked hotel as it would appear to someone booking that same day, and again as it would appear to someone booking one week, one month, three months, and six months ahead of their stay.

When you search a check-in date, we match it to the closest booking window we track and show that price. Click through to a hotel to see the full year of history behind that number — prices come from the providers listed in the source column and can change without notice, so treat this as a guide, not a guarantee.

Don't see your destination?

We're tracking a select set of hotels and destinations right now, and we're adding more based on what people actually want to see. If there's a city or hotel you'd like us to start checking, tell us — it genuinely shapes what we track next.
